- Leasing Specialist or Customer Retention to Manager-In-Training positions within one to three years.
- Manager-In Training to Store Manager within six months to one year.
- Store Manager to Regional Manager Trainee within two to three years.
- Regional Manager Trainee to Regional Manager within six months to one year.
- Regional Manager to Divisional Vice-President within two to three years.
